A.2 Purpose
The purpose of these Terms is to regulate the contractual sale-purchase relationship between the Seller and the Customers who purchase products through the Online Shop. The products marketed are, principally:
- Merchandising: textile items, accessories and promotional items bearing the “La Daurada” and “La Daurada Group” brands.
- Gift vouchers (digital, in PDF): documents redeemable for catering services at the Seller’s establishments, in accordance with the specific conditions of each voucher set out in Annex I to these Terms.
A.3 Capacity to contract
To place an order through the Online Shop, the Customer must be of legal age (18 years old) and have full legal capacity to enter into a contract. The Customer declares that all information provided during the purchase process is truthful, accurate and complete.
A.4 Geographic availability
The Seller ships exclusively within mainland Spain. Orders to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or other countries cannot be processed through the standard system; if interested, the Customer may contact [email protected] beforehand to assess the possibility of a special shipment.
Additionally, the Customer may choose the in-store pickup option, at the Seller’s establishment located on Moll de Ponent in Vilanova i la Geltrú, at no shipping cost.
A.5 Purchase process
5.1. Product selection: the Customer adds the desired products to the cart, selecting, where applicable, the relevant options (size, voucher amount, etc.).
5.2. Identification: the Customer provides the information required to process the order (name, shipping address, billing address, email, phone number). Purchases are made as a guest, with no need to create a user account.
5.3. Shipping method: the Customer selects a shipping method from the available options (home delivery via GLS or in-store pickup).
5.4. Payment method: the Customer selects one of the enabled payment methods (see section A.7).
5.5. Confirmation: before completing the order, the Customer reviews a summary of it and, after reading and accepting these Terms and the Privacy Policy, confirms the purchase.
5.6. Order receipt: once payment has been completed, the Customer will receive a confirmation email with the order details, which serves as proof that the contract has been formalised. The invoice will be issued in electronic format.
A.6 Prices and availability
Prices shown in the Online Shop are expressed in euros (€) and include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT). Shipping costs will be shown separately before the order is completed.
The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, although products will be invoiced at the price in force at the time the order is placed.
Product offers and availability may vary. In the exceptional event that a product is unavailable after an order has been placed, the Seller will notify the Customer as soon as possible and will refund in full the amounts paid, with no penalty whatsoever.
A.7 Payment methods
The Customer may pay for the order using any of the following methods, all of which are processed through the MONEI Digital Payments, S.L. payment gateway:
- Credit or debit card (Visa and Mastercard)
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Bizum
The Seller does not store the Customer’s card or banking details, which are processed directly by MONEI under PCI-DSS security standards.
If an undue or unrecognised charge is detected, the Customer must report it to the Seller via [email protected] as soon as possible.
A.8 Shipping and delivery
8.1. Carrier: shipments of physical products are carried out through GLS Spain Operations, S.L.U., using its BusinessParcel (24/48 hours) service.
8.2. Delivery time: the Seller will prepare the order within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Once handed over to the carrier, the usual delivery time is 24 to 48 business hours within mainland Spain. The total estimated time from placing the order is therefore 2 to 4 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and do not constitute a contractual obligation of an essential term, unless expressly agreed otherwise. The Seller will not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control (strikes, adverse weather conditions, force majeure, etc.).
8.3. Shipping costs: shipping costs for home delivery (GLS BusinessParcel) depend on the destination area and come, per order and VAT included, to €4.80 in the province of Barcelona, €5.77 in the rest of Catalonia and €7.12 in the rest of mainland Spain. Orders with the in-store pickup option incur no shipping cost.
8.4. In-store pickup: Customers who choose in-store pickup will be notified by email once the order is available. Pickup will take place at the Seller’s establishment during business hours. If the order is not collected within 30 calendar days of the availability notification, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the product amount, deducting any justified handling costs.
8.5. Receipt of the order: upon delivery, the Customer must check that the packaging is in good condition. If visible damage is observed, it must be noted on the carrier’s delivery note and reported to the Seller within a maximum of 24 hours.
8.6. Gift vouchers: gift vouchers are delivered in digital format (PDF) by email automatically after payment confirmation. Digital delivery is immediate and incurs no shipping cost.
A.9 Right of withdrawal
9.1. Time limit and method of exercise:
In accordance with Article 102 et seq. of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November (TRLGDCU), Customers who qualify as consumers and users have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days without needing to give a reason, counted:
- For contracts for goods (merchandising): from the day on which the Customer, or a third party indicated by the Customer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.
- For contracts for the provision of services (unredeemed gift vouchers): from the day the contract was concluded.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify the Seller of their decision by an unequivocal statement sent to [email protected] or by post to the Seller’s address. The Customer may use the withdrawal form template provided as Annex II to these Terms, although its use is not mandatory.
9.2. Consequences of withdrawal:
In the event of withdrawal, the Seller will refund the Customer all payments received, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the Customer’s choice of a delivery method other than the least costly standard delivery method offered by the Seller), without undue delay and, in any event, within a maximum of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which the Seller is informed of the decision to withdraw.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise and provided this does not entail any additional cost.
The Seller may withhold the refund until it has received the goods back, or until the Customer has provided proof of having returned them, whichever condition is met first.
9.3. Return of goods:
The Customer must return the goods without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which they communicate their decision to withdraw. The goods must be sent to the Seller’s address indicated in section A.1.
The direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the Customer.
The Customer shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or functioning.
9.4. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
In accordance with Article 103 of the TRLGDCU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts relating to:
- Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised, such as may be the case with the “Personalised Gift Voucher” once it has been issued with a specific amount and/or recipient requested by the Customer.
- The provision of services, once the service has been fully performed, when performance began with the consumer’s prior express consent.
- The supply of services once the gift voucher has been redeemed at the establishment, for the portion corresponding to the service actually provided.
- The supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium when performance began with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
A.10 Cancellations, exchanges and returns
10.1. Size exchange for merchandising: in addition to the legal right of withdrawal, the Seller offers the possibility of a size exchange for textile items, provided the product is in perfect condition, unused, with its original labelling and original packaging. The Customer must request the exchange within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, by writing to [email protected].
The cost of shipping the original item back to the Seller shall be borne by the Customer. The Seller will bear the cost of shipping the new size to the Customer.
10.2. Defective or non-conforming products: if the Customer receives a defective, damaged product or one that does not match their order, they must report it to the Seller within a maximum of 30 calendar days of receipt, by writing to [email protected] and, if possible, attaching photographs of the defect. The Seller will proceed, as appropriate, to replace the product, repair it, reduce the price or terminate the contract with a full refund, in accordance with Articles 114 et seq. of the TRLGDCU. In these cases, return costs will be borne entirely by the Seller.
10.3. Return of unredeemed gift vouchers: gift vouchers that have not been redeemed may be returned by contacting [email protected] within the 14-day withdrawal period. Once a voucher has been redeemed, in whole or in part, no refund of the amount will be possible.
10.4. Order cancellation: the Customer may cancel an order free of charge until it has been shipped or, for in-store pickup orders, until it has been collected, by writing to [email protected] or calling +34 938 159 820 and quoting the order number. The Seller will confirm the cancellation by email and refund the full amount, including shipping costs, using the same payment method, within a maximum of fourteen (14) calendar days. If the order has already been shipped, it will be handled as a withdrawal (section A.9). Gift vouchers may be cancelled as long as they have not been redeemed, within the period set out in section A.10.3.
A.11 Legal warranty
All products marketed are subject to the legal warranty provided for in Royal Decree-Law 7/2021, of 27 April, amending the TRLGDCU. The warranty on physical products is three (3) years from delivery for lack of conformity that becomes apparent within that period, unless a different period applies due to the nature of the product.
The warranty does not cover defects caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, incorrect handling, or causes unrelated to the product.
A.12 Out-of-court dispute resolution
In the event of a dispute, the Customer may contact the Seller via [email protected] to attempt an amicable resolution.
A.13 Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from them, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals corresponding to the consumer’s domicile, in accordance with consumer protection legislation.

This establishment has official complaint and claim forms available to consumers.
These terms are officially published in Catalan and Spanish. This English version is provided for information; in the event of any discrepancy, the Catalan and Spanish versions prevail.
B.1 Purpose and acceptance
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of tickets and access to the events organised by ONA BEACH CLUB, S.L. They are available permanently and free of charge at ladaurada.com before the purchase process begins, and can be downloaded and printed in PDF format.
Express acceptance of these Terms is a prerequisite for completing the purchase.
These Terms, in Catalan and Spanish: Download PDF
B.2 Sales platform
Tickets are sold through the Fourvenues platform, which acts solely as a technology intermediary for payment collection and ticket issuance.
The Organiser is solely responsible for the event, how it is run, the access conditions and any refunds that may apply. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and those of Fourvenues regarding the event, these Terms prevail, without prejudice to Fourvenues’ own payment service conditions and without in any case reducing the level of protection that consumer law grants to consumers.
B.3 Price, taxes and fees
The prices shown are final and include all applicable taxes. Before payment is confirmed, the full breakdown is shown: ticket price, booking fees where applicable, and total amount payable.
Before payment is confirmed, the following information is also provided:
- the type of ticket and exactly what it includes (entry, included drinks, area, admission times),
- the date, start time and closing time of the session,
- the minimum age for entry,
- the duration of the service purchased.
B.4 Payment methods and delivery
Payment is made through the payment gateway of the Fourvenues platform. Credit and debit cards and Bizum are accepted, as well as any other payment methods the platform has enabled at any given time.
The payment methods actually available are shown on the payment screen before the purchase is confirmed. The Organiser does not store or process card details, which are handled directly by the payment provider.
The ticket is a digital product: it is sent by email and becomes available in the user’s account immediately once payment is confirmed. There is no physical delivery, no delivery charges and no territorial delivery restrictions.
B.5 Right of withdrawal
The 14-calendar-day right of withdrawal does not apply.
The tickets purchased relate to leisure services that must be provided on a specific date or within a specific period. For this reason, and in accordance with Article 103(l) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the purchase is exempt from the right of withdrawal.
Consequently:
- no withdrawal form is provided, as this right does not apply;
- the consumer bears no return costs, as there are no physical goods to return;
- this exception is communicated in advance, clearly and expressly, before the purchase.
This limitation does not affect the refund rights set out in clause 6 in the event of cancellation or substantial change.
B.6 Cancellation, postponement and changes
6.1 Cancellation. If the Organiser cancels the event, the full ticket price, including booking fees, will be refunded using the same payment method and within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the notice of cancellation.
6.2 Postponement or substantial change. A substantial change includes, among others, a change of date, a change of venue, the cancellation or replacement of any of the artists advertised as a main attraction of the event, and moving the start or end time by more than 2 hours from what was advertised at the time of purchase. In these cases, the consumer may choose between keeping the ticket for the new date or requesting a full refund on the same terms as clause 6.1, and has at least 14 calendar days from the notice to make that choice.
6.3 Non-substantial changes. For reasons of force majeure, weather, technical issues or safety, the Organiser may change secondary aspects of the programme (running order, supporting artists, time adjustments within the same day) without giving rise to a right to a refund, provided the event takes place and the essence of the service purchased is maintained.
6.4 Refusal of entry and removal.
- a) If the Organiser refuses entry to a person holding a valid ticket by applying the admission conditions (capacity, dress code, documentation or any other admission requirement), the full ticket price will be refunded on the terms of clause 6.1.
- b) No refund will be made when the refusal of entry or removal is caused by the attendee’s own conduct, and in particular in the cases of clause 8.10, when presenting a forged, duplicated ticket or one bought outside the official channels, or when refusing the security search provided for in clause 8.4.
- c) Leaving the venue voluntarily and not attending do not give rise to a right to a refund.
- d) Any refusal of entry or removal will be applied proportionately and on objective grounds, and does not limit the right of the person concerned to make a complaint through the channels in clause 7.
B.7 Complaints and dispute resolution
Any complaint may be sent to [email protected]. The Organiser will respond within a maximum of one month.
The consumer may also:
- request the official complaint form, available at the establishment and also electronically;
- contact the Catalan Consumer Agency (Agència Catalana del Consum, consum.gencat.cat) or the consumer information office (OMIC) of their municipality;
- apply to the Consumer Arbitration Board of Catalonia (Junta Arbitral de Consum de Catalunya);
- if they live in another EU country, contact the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net).
B.8 Conditions of entry to the venue
8.1 Right of admission. The Organiser reserves the right of admission in accordance with the regulations in force on public entertainment and recreational activities. The admission conditions are objective, are displayed at the entrance to the venue and are applied without any discrimination.
8.2 Minimum age for entry. The minimum age varies depending on the type of event and is always stated expressly in the description of each event before purchase:
- a) Nightclub and club sessions: entry for people aged 18 and over only. No exceptions are made.
- b) Concerts and special events: where expressly stated, people aged 16 and 17 may be admitted on presenting the authorisation signed by their father, mother or legal guardian, together with the minor’s identity document and a copy of the identity document of the person signing the authorisation.
- c) Under-16s: where expressly stated for a specific event, they may only enter accompanied at all times by their father, mother or legal guardian who is of age, and also presenting the signed authorisation. The accompanying person must remain at the venue for the entire time the minor is there.
- d) If the event description says nothing, entry for people aged 18 and over only applies by default.
- e) The authorisation template for minors is available at ladaurada.com. Authorisations that do not follow this template, or unsigned copies, will not be accepted. The template: Download PDF
- f) The consumption and serving of alcoholic drinks is prohibited for people under 18, regardless of the entry rules applicable to the event. The Organiser may use visible identification measures (a wristband or similar) to enforce this prohibition.
8.3 Identification. An original, valid identity document (national ID card, passport or equivalent) must be presented when requested by the organisation or security staff, in order to prove the minimum age for entry set out in clause 8.2. Photocopies and digital images are not accepted. The document does not have to match the details entered at the time of purchase.
8.4 Search. For safety reasons, and in accordance with the regulations on public entertainment and private security, security staff may carry out searches at the entrance. Refusing a search means entry will be refused.
8.5 Capacity and guaranteed entry. A valid ticket guarantees entry to the event within the admission times set for each session.
Tickets expressly sold as limited-entry tickets (for example, promotional tickets valid for the first people to enter, or tickets subject to a specific time window) are excluded from this guarantee. This condition is stated clearly and prominently in the ticket description before purchase; if it is not stated, entry is guaranteed.
If a person holding a valid ticket cannot enter because the maximum authorised capacity has been reached, the full price will be refunded on the terms of clause 6.1. Entry is in all cases subject to the maximum authorised capacity of the venue for safety reasons.
8.6 Validation. Entry is by validation of the ticket’s QR code. Once validated, the ticket cannot be used for further entry.
8.7 Exit and re-entry. Once the ticket has been validated, leaving and re-entering is not permitted. Organisation staff may authorise exceptions for reasons of force majeure, safety or medical assistance.
8.8 Food and drink. Entering the venue with food or drink from outside is not permitted. Food and drink needed for duly documented medical reasons and products for infants are exempt.
8.9 Prohibited items. Entry is not permitted with glass containers, cans, bottles, narcotic substances, weapons, sharp or blunt objects, sprays or pyrotechnic material.
8.10 Staying at the venue. The Organiser may restrict entry or continued presence for anyone who is intoxicated or under the influence of illegal substances, causes or takes part in disturbances or behaviour that disrupts the normal running of the event, or breaches the applicable health and hygiene rules.
B.9 Tickets
9.1 Tickets are transferable. There is no need to report a change of holder or to change the ticket details: entry is validated by the QR code, regardless of the details entered at the time of purchase. If tickets for a specific event are to be issued in a person’s name, this will be stated expressly and prominently before purchase.
9.2 The Organiser is not responsible for stolen, duplicated or forged tickets, or for tickets bought outside the official sales channels.
9.3 Reselling tickets for commercial purposes without express authorisation is prohibited.
B.10 Reserved areas
The reserved area is guaranteed for the holders for the entire duration of the event, with no time limit for arrival.
A reservation not used because the holders do not attend does not give rise to a refund, exchange or compensation, as it is capacity reserved exclusively that the Organiser has kept at its disposal and has not been able to sell. This condition is stated expressly at the time of booking.
B.11 Image rights
During the event, general images and recordings of the audience may be taken for information and promotional purposes, on the basis of the Organiser’s legitimate interest. This is announced by visible signs at the entrances.
Attendees may exercise their right to object and request the deletion of their image by writing to [email protected]. For individual shots or prominent advertising use, express and separate consent will be obtained.
B.12 Data protection
The data provided are processed by ONA BEACH CLUB, S.L. for the purpose of managing the purchase, access to the event and the handling of complaints. The rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability may be exercised at [email protected]. Full information in the Privacy policy of ladaurada.com.
B.13 Applicable law
These Terms are governed by Spanish and Catalan law, in particular by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and by Law 22/2010, the Consumer Code of Catalonia. Consumers may bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence.
